A1. Every 2 mins for 8 mins:

3 x Touch & go power clean & jerk. 

 

B1. Strict OH press x 1 + Push press x 3 - x 4 sets

B2. Strict press x2 + push press - x 1 set

 

C1. 30minute AMRAP

- 1000m row

- 200m double KB rack walk

- 40 burpee box jumps
