Weightlifting practice:

A1. Clean - Work up to 1RM

B1. Jerk - 5x1 - Push press x1, Push jerk x1, Split jerk x1


Strength training:

C1. Snatch grip RDL - 5x5

C2. Bench press - 4x6


Conditioning - 5 rounds

D1. Bar muscle up - 3 reps

D2. Handstand push up - 6 reps

D3. Prowler - 2 lengths (40-50m)
