Mat Fraser absolutely stormed through to the 2016 CrossFit Games with an impressive performance at the East Regional. After finishing 2nd to Ben Smith at the 2015 CrossFit Games, and 2nd at the 2014 CrossFit Games to Rich Froning, Fraser was out to prove to everyone that he has what it takes to become the Fittest man on earth.  Fraser meant business throughout the whole weekend, finishing on top in 5 out of 7 events. Ben Smith to defend his title at the 2016 CrossFit Games.

Ben Smith won three of seven events at the Atlantic CrossFit Regional to take the top spot and book his place at the 2016 CrossFit Games where he gets to defend his title of Fittest on Earth.  Seven events within the top 7 sees Smith win the Atlantic Regional by 58 points over 2nd placed Noah Ohlsen.  Ohlsen finished each event inside the top 10 and books his place back to the 2016 CrossFit Games where he will be fighting for a podium finish.  Travis Meyer and Jacob Anderson take 3rd and 4th respectively after an impressive weekend of performances. ...
