Delivery & Returns

Delivery

WODequipped works with suppliers in the UK to deliver the best functional fitness products to you. We endeavour to ensure all items listed at WODequipped.com are in stock and listed at the correct price at all times. However, at times, there may be a delay in stock updates showing on the website. Should an item be out of stock after a purchase is made, a member of the team will contact you immediately to find a solution. 

WODequipped currently only ships to the UK.

When will my item be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After dispatch, you should expect your order to arrive within 48 hours (not including weekends or bank holidays) 

Once we have confirmed dispatch of your item, we cannot be held responsible if your item does not reach you. We can provide tracking numbers on most items if your item has not reached you in satisfactory time. If you have not received your item more than 14 days after your receipt of purchase, please contact us at info@wodequipped.com

How much does delivery cost?

 

All delivery within the UK is currently free! 

 

Returns

WODequipped is committed to ensuring customers are satisfied with our products and customer service. 

We accept returned items within 14days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging, unopened and as new. We will not accept opened items for return. If you want to return an unopened item within the 14 day period, please email us at info@wodequipped.com and we will work together to ensure you're satisfied with the outcome. 

Steps to returning an item:

- Contact us via info@wodequipped.com

- We will give you the address to send your item to in the original, unopened packaging.

- WODequipped will not be responsible for shipping costs incurred on returned items.

- You are responsible for returning an item, and we cannot guarantee receiving the items you send. Please allow 7 days for any returned items to get to us. 

- You will receive an email as soon as we receive your returned item.

- In the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned item, contact us if you have not heard from us within 10 days of posting your returned item.  

- When returning an item, we recommend purchasing tracked postage.

- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect and contact you within 5 business days with a decision to fulfil your request of refund or exchange.  

Faulty or damaged items:

- If your item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please ensure you contact us within 24 hours to arrange a solution. We cannot accept a returned item if it is not reported as damaged or faulty within the 24 hour period after you receive the item.
